Sunset Shores Resort Cabins and House Rentals

Off season rates are in effect from September 16th through May 14th. Off season rates have a two night minimum.

Summer rates are from May 15th through September 15th. Rentals run from Saturday @ 3 PM through Saturday @ 10 AM only!

A 25 % security deposit of the total rental is required to secure your reservation.

The full rental amount is due 30 days prior to your arrival and is NOT refundable after that period!

Your security deposit will be completely refunded if the all of the following conditions are met:

Nothing is missing or damaged.
Rental is left in good condition. A minimum of $25.00 will be charged if kitchen is not clean.
You do not exceed the number of guests your particular cottage will hold.

Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, picnic table, BBQ, and lawn furniture.
