Take I-75 to Exit 313 (Topinabee/Cheboygan). Head north on US27 (Straights Hwy). Go about 2.5 miles into Topinabee. Look for a light green building (hardware store) on the left side of the street. The side street just prior to this building is the Topinabee Mail Route Road. Turn left onto this road. You will immediately come to a fork in the road at a white church. Stay to the right and continue for about 3 miles to the first stop sign which is Mullett Burt Road. Turn left. Continue on Mullett Burt Road for about 1.5 miles until you see Hoppies Bar and Grill on the left. For resort home: continue straight through corner and it becomes a lake access road. The home is on the left side (8021 Mullett Burt Road). There may be a chain across the drive to take down, so be careful. For the cottages: Turn left onto Greenman's Point past Hoppies and look for Sunset Shores reserved parking on the right, which is just off the corner.
